Processing Time:

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch is 2-3 business days.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Australia: 1-5 weeks

Canada: 1-4 weeks

Europe: 1-4 weeks

Ireland: 1-2 weeks

New Zealand: 1-5 weeks

United Kingdom: 1-5 business days

United States: 1-4 weeks

Rest of the World: 1-6 weeks

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. Refunds will not be provided for orders returned due to unpaid fees.

Monthly Subscription Shipping

Monthly subscription club tiers purchased during a particular month will begin shipping the following month during the first and second week, based on sticker stock. This means a January subscription will begin shipping during the first and second week of February. UK postage is Second Class, please allow up to 2 weeks for your Monthly Mail Club to arrive. International shipping is the cheapest option available which is Untracked - please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery based on destination country.
