Holiday Orders

I will be out of office from 8th-31st January so ordered placed during these dates will dispatch on 2nd February. Shipping will be combined for multiple orders where possible. 

Archival Grade Prints

I offer two type of papers for the prints of my work (printed reproductions of my paintings): Semi-Gloss and Fine Art Cotton Rag. Prints are made/printed to order and hand signed.

Semi-Gloss Prints

These are printed on 250gsm premium semi-gloss highly saturated paper, with a resin coated base for a photographic feel. These are printed using genuine Epson archival grade inks ensuring they last 300+ years.

Fine Art Cotton Rag Prints

These are printed on 260gsm acid free 100% cotton rag fine art paper, with the highest D-Max of all cotton papers. The paper is slightly textured and coated with Enhanced Matte coating for exceptional colour gamut. The high quality velvet surface gives the look and feel of an original painting. These are printed using genuine Epson archival grade inks ensuring they last 300+years.

All prints should be displayed in glass/acrylic frames, away from direct sunlight and high/low temperatures to ensure they maintain their archival quality.

Delivery Times

I ship from the UK. Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday). Shipping estimates:
United Kingdom: 1-2 weeks
Australia: 1-5 weeks
Canada: 1-4 weeks
Ireland: 1-2 weeks
New Zealand: 1-5 weeks
United States: 1-4 weeks
Europe: 1-4 weeks
Actual shipping times depend on the shipping method chosen.
I am not responsible for delays due to customs, holidays, the pandemic, strikes, or any other postal service delays. Shipping times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Standard shipping takes longer than Tracked. If you need an item for a specific date, contact me first to see if this is possible.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. Refunds will not be provided for orders returned due to unpaid fees.

Custom Orders/Commissions

I accept painted custom orders and commissions only, not custom prints. These include watercolour paintings, bags, wallets, shoes, ornaments etc. Prints are printed reproductions of my paintings and cannot be changed in any way. What is RTS (Ready To Ship)?

RTS items are pieces that are pre-painted and ready to be dispatched. These can be watercolour paintings or handpainted items and are available every few weeks when time allows. They are specially priced. RTS items are announced and shared on my Instagram page: @taskreationstudio

Care Instructions

Display prints and paintings in glass or acrylic frames and keep away from direct sunlight and high/low temperatures. Handpainted items are UV resistant, waterproof, peel and crack proof. Hand wash only using a damp cloth. Do not use chemicals, hand sanitisers or abrasive objects.

Returns

Returns, exchanges and cancellations are not accepted. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact me and I will do my best to resolve your issue.
